Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity
About the ReStore

Great Bargains.  Great Cause

The Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a discount retail outlet. Open to the public, the ReStore sells donated new and gently used building materials, appliances, furniture and home improvement items at greatly reduced prices. It's a great way to wisely dispose of unwanted home improvement items while promoting re-use of items that may otherwise end up in landfills.  Located at 4 Union Street in South Lawrence, all of the profits from ReStore are used to support Habitat for Humanity home building projects in the Merrimack Valley.

The ReStore helps

  • Generate funds that enable Merrimack Valley Habitat to create affordable homeownership opportunities for families in 22 communities.
  • Serve our community by providing quality products at affordable prices.
  • Preserve our environment by keeping reusable items out of our landfills.

Why donate to and shop at the ReStore?

  • Promote a greener environment
  • Help others
  • No disposal fees
