Directions to the Warehouse in Lawrence:
  • On I-495, take exit 41B (Rte 28 north Methuen/Lawrence).
  • Move into left lane. Road will fork; merge left heading towards Route 28 north Methuen/Lawrence.
  • At stop sign, take a right on to Route 28/Broadway.
  • Go through four traffic lights: ~ 1 mile
  • After fourth light, continue straight over a bridge (Merrimack River).
  • Stay in right lane, and go through first light after the bridge.
  • 1 block past first light, turn right on to Methuen St. (It’s directly after a CAP discount auto part store).
  • Go through first stop sign. (Franklin St. is the cross street)
  • The Merrimack Valley Habitat Warehouse building is a large brick building that spans the entire block on Methuen Street between Franklin and Hampshire Streets.
  • The Merrimack Valley Habitat Warehouse is the first roll-up door on the right after crossing Franklin St. (after a yellow fire hydrant.)
  • There is a Habitat bumper sticker on the hood over the roll-up of the warehouse door. Park on the street or in the parking lot across from the building.
