Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity builds decent, affordable homes for low-income families in need of housing. The homes are built in partnership with Habitat homeowners and volunteers. Habitat sells the homes to approved Habitat homeowners at no profit and provides a no-interest 20-30 year mortgage. The Family Selection Committee reviews all applications. Those who are found to be most in need of housing and who meet all the selection criteria are interviewed in their homes by the Family Selection Committee. The Family Selection Committee identifies the best qualified applicants and presents them to the Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors for consideration How do I apply?
